Fresh and natural in every season, Àlea Bistrot offers the most relaxed and spontaneous way to experience our cuisine.

An open-air space located on our terrace, at the foot of the castle’s ancient walls and surrounded by the peaceful atmosphere of the village of Castell’Alfero.

Here, guests can enjoy lunch, dinner, and aperitivo from 6:00 PM onwards. We are open on all restaurant operating days, with one additional occasion: Thursday lunch service.

Our frequently changing à la carte menu is built around seasonal ingredients and designed for those who prefer the freedom to choose from ever-evolving dishes, without following the restaurant’s tasting menu experience.

Complementing the cuisine is a carefully curated selection of wines and cocktails, created to be enjoyed outdoors in an informal setting where every detail is thoughtfully considered.
