Ristorante Àlea is located inside a castle whose history begins in 1290.
Its current appearance is the result of transformations commissioned by the Amico family, culminating in the eighteenth century when architect Benedetto Alfieri—uncle of the celebrated poet Vittorio Alfieri—transformed the ancient military fortress into an elegant Baroque residence.
Dining at Àlea means experiencing culinary excellence wrapped in centuries of history, where ancient stone walls meet contemporary culinary art.
A refined and elegant space where the original floral frescoes on the ceiling blend harmoniously with the purple velvet boiserie that adorns the walls. Natural light filters through large windows, creating an intimate and sophisticated atmosphere, enhanced by the Venetian red terracotta flooring and furnishings that combine tradition with contemporary design.
